Steel Frame 

The frame is mainly welded with aluminum alloy plate and aluminum alloy tube according to the size.

How does Vasia make the steel frame of ninja course?

First, take the aluminum alloy material, weld according to the required size. The internal small items are welded by galvanized pipe, and the outside is made of soft bag, which is decorated with PE plate.

Soft Board 

The soft board are made of galvanized pipe, wood plate, thick sponge and PVC mesh.

What are the production process of Ninja Course soft board part?

The internal support frame are made with galvanized pipe as required, then the carpenter make the outer coat with 1.2cm wood plate, stick 2cm thick sponge on the outside of the wood plate, and then cut and sew the PVC mesh according to the required size.

1. How to get start your business?

You need to have a site for equipment, and then provide us floor plan dwg files that we can make design and calculate the best price for you. If you confirm everything, we will start to produce after getting to your deposit .

2. What is the minimum height for ninja course?

The minimum column height for ninja course is 4.5 meters

3. Can we choose the game items ourselves?

Of course, we have 30+ items to choose from, and we are constantly developing new projects.

4. What are the main materials?

The main frame is made of solid aluminum alloy. The project part uses iron chains and some wood, plastic, ropes to form different projects.
